We have an incredible weekend of "explode your business" growth and leadership training planned for USANA associates. During this action packed weekend, you will learn how to build a world-class USANA business. We will also focus on helping you to develop into the leader that you strive to be. This training takes place from the comfort of your home via the internet. The savings in travel cost, hotels, and meals, makes this training an incredible value, and a wealth of information that could change your life and your business.
This live presentation by 2-Star Diamond Directors, Tony and Tammy Daum, will cover every aspect of building a business to Diamond and beyond. We will be covering subjects that include Defining and Adopting the Traits of a Leader, Using DLM to Plan Your Week, Building Your Blueprint for Life, Connecting to Your Client, Secrets of Replication, Binary Compensation Plan, Marketing the Money, Communicating 100% of Your Message, Speaking the Language of Behavior, and so much more!

Day #1
Session #1 - Defining and Adopting the Traits of a Leader (Tony) – Discover what it takes to become a world-class, world-changing leader. You need to do this, you want to do this, and we'll show you how to do this. We're kicking off the seminar with some of the best information we'll present all weekend.
Session #2 – Positive Energy Self-Defense! (Tony) – Begin the journey toward earning your black belt in fending off negative thoughts, energy, and comments. Become a positive energy success machine! This is like business insurance to make certain you and your team stay in the game.
Session #3 - Using DLM to Plan Your Week (Tammy) - Efficiency is a key to success. Learn to use the Personal Assistant to plan your business week, increase volume, motivate your downline, track rank advancements, Platinum Pacesetters and more!
Session #4 – Building Your Blueprint for Life (Tony) – Buildings get blueprints, so should you! In this exciting session, you will learn how to build a masterplan/blueprint for today, next week, and the rest of your life! This is like goal-setting, dream boards, and dream building on steroids, wrapped up into one. This is the one you don't want to miss!
Session #5 - Connecting to Your Client (Tony) – Whether you are talking to a prospect, training a new associate, or doing a presentation, you must connect to be effective. This session will help you work script free as you break through the boundaries of communicating from your heart instead of your head.

Session #1 – Secrets of Replication (Tony) - Want to create sustainable growth and true replication in your group and in your leadership? Are you tired of doing it all alone, and nobody else follows? Then, do not miss this Day #2 kick-off session.
Session #2 - ABC’s of Organization (Tammy) - Whether or not organization is "your thing," you'll enjoy this session on Building USANA Time, Creating Effective Work Space, the Concept of Power Hours, and Organizing Your Business. We'll show you how to make more money in less time, which equals more time freedom!
Session #3 - "Building to Win!" Binary Compensation (Tony) - This session could also be called "Show Me The Money!" You will learn the techniques and methods used by top distributors to build super successful organizations. Having volume is great, but having it well organized is even better! If you're in direct marketing to make money, this session is worth many times over the cost of the entire weekend.
Session #4 - Marketing the Money (Tony) - Next to our great products, our compensation plan is unbeatable and is easy to market. In this session, Tony will teach several ways to fully understand and market the full potential of this plan! From 1 BC to Elite Bonus, it will all make sense and be easy for you to teach to others!
Session #5 - The Power of Recognition in Your Business (Tammy) – People love to be recognized, and USANA is very good at it! Learn how to Effectively Use Weekly Reports, Newsletters, E-Cards, Phone Calls, Emails, and more tools to recognize, encourage, and motivate your team!
Session #6 - Communicate 100% of Your Message (Tony) – In this expanded session, we will discuss communication from a verbal standpoint, and also break out body language, tone, and intonation to give you the full package to deliver your message. You will have better posture, and we are not talking about how straight you stand!
Session #7 - Speaking the Language of Behavior (Tony) – An expanded version of our ever popular class on personality types, learn the reasons why people react differently to the same message and how to easily adapt to any audience. This information can quadruple your success rate. It's one of our funnest, and most powerful sessions!
Day #2 – Closing Session, Wrap Up & Question and Answer (Tony & Tammy)

Registration Information: Friday and Saturday, April 27 & 28, 2012. The first session will run from 5:00-10:00 p.m. EST on Friday night, and, 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. EST on Saturday. The price is only $59.95 per distributorship, so you can have up to two people on the same distributorship attend for one low price. (If you are a member of the Team Dynamite Website, the price is only $47.95 per distributorship.) If your team is meeting together in one home or location to view it together, each distributorship should register separately. (For groups of six or more meeting in one location, please contact us for a discounted group rate.)

I thought that it was perfect. I cannot imagine any other situation where I could have gotten this much information in such a timely, comfortable, and inexpensive manner. I am a college teacher so I have an idea of how much you had to put in to putting so much information together and presenting it.
